DEANE THOMAS

Founder True Tesla Technologies

Deane Thomas is a leader, philanthropist and a truly global citizen with a wide understanding of various cultures and perspectives. He is also a published author and avid blogger.  Through his experiences, he has developed excellent communicative skills and is able to assess other people and their needs very effectively. Originating from the U.K his English is very clear and he also speaks fluent Croatian, Serbian and Spanish whilst also having a basic understanding of French. Deane created True Tesla Technologies (UK) Limited in 2014, and has been assisting innovator Tomislav Tesla on a journey to commercialising his IPR.  In August 2019, True Tesla Technologies (Mauritius) Limited was incorporated in Mauritius to begin the commercialisation of several technologies.

DESIRE PREVOST

Director, Editor, Writer, Actor, Director of Photography

 Desire Prevost started his career in filming and directing more than 100 music videos for local artists. In 2009 he met with Sada Rajiah and the famous Duo was formed. Added to his success in music videos came 5 feature films and 14 short films in collaboration with Sada Rajiah. Desire represents the technical part of this collaboration in terms of filming and editing but excel as well in directing.

Sada Rajiah and Desire Prevost are the recipient of the best director outstanding Achievement award and best debut filmmaker award for Three Wise Men Parallel Lives at the L’Age d’Or International Arthouse Film 2021 and Crown Wood International Film Festival 2021 respectively.

It is worth mentioning that Desire Prevost is Self-taught and has not receive any formal training on editing and filmmaking.

SADA RAJIAH

Director, Producer, Writer, Actor

Directing films since 2007(Rastitaf en vacances,2007), Sada Rajiah has given to the Mauritian film industry 6 films and 14 short films. He is also a Scriptwriter and Actor. His films have won several local awards and nominations in local festivals.

He has been working alongside Desire Prevost for more than fifteen years. Together they form the duo Sada Rajiah-Desire Prevost. In 2021 they remain one of the most successful filmmakers in Mauritius as their masterpiece Three Wise men gained international recognition by winning 10 awards on two continents through India and USA.

Sada Rajiah has not received any formal training in filmmaking and has barely been to school.
